Chemical Laboratory

All kinds of raw materials being used at our plant goes through chemical and physical compatibility tests. As a result of the analysis, nonconformities in the raw material are detected before starting production and necessary preventive actions are taken. We make sure that only top quality of raw materials are used during our production with incoming quality measurements.

Chemical Analysis Laboratory

OES Spectrometers are used to adjust and verify the chemical analysis during production of steel billets. Chemical analyses are perfectly adjusted with the latest model Spectrometers. We make sure that the quality of the production is controlled at every stage with Certificated Raw Material samples.

Mechanical Testing Laboratory

The mechanical properties of the rebar are tested with the Tensile Test machines, and the ribs measures and physical properties are tested with the Rib Measurement Device.

Metallography Laboratory

 

Microscopic elements such as non-metallic inclusions, phases, and physical defects in the steel are constantly monitored and kept under control. The data obtained are used in process improvements and continuous development is aimed at our steel quality.

The structural defects of the products are examined by making macro and micro etching on the cross sections taken from the products.
